Soul Ties

So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:27 AMPC. Since we are created IMG_0914in the Image and likeness of God and He is a Triune God being made up of Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit) AMPC.  Then it follows that we are also triune people in our own complete beings, as we are body, soul and spirit. Now if as Christians our bodies are meant to be the temple of the Holy Spirit once we have submitted our spirit to His Lordship and given up our rights to own ourselves in the form of being in charge of where our spirits go (Ephesians 2:20-22 20 You are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself the chief Cornerstone. 21 In Him the whole structure is joined (bound, welded) together harmoniously, and it continues to rise (grow, increase) into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, consecrated, and sacred to the presence of the Lord]. 22 In Him [and in fellowship with one another] you yourselves also are being built up [into this structure] with the rest, to form a fixed abode (dwelling place) of God in (by, through) the Spirit.) AMPC.  Continue reading “Soul Ties”

Mothers and Fathers con’t.

just an addendum to the previous post, it is a personal thought that churches should be limited to 120 people, not a doctrine, I think Paul had some personal thoughts sent in his letters that others have been made into doctrines and this pattern is still in the hearts of man, that he was unmarried should have made his advise about what women can and cannot do a img_4258take or leave thing, not law. I do not run a church and I never will, it is a take or leave thing. Seriously, there should be such a diverse variety of churches and church sizes as there are diverse people and tastes and styles in the world. Peace and grace and Love in the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Mothers and Fathers

Over the years I have had a number of people consider themselves to be spiritual parents to me and it has caused my life a serious amount of harm. There is a puzzlement in me as to why they do this, ego perhaps? But if the fruit that the “child” manifests has 023evidence of coming directly from heaven and is indeed greater than theirs why are they playing such a game for? Also given that I am over 50 and have no interest in having my life dictated too by those who are immature spiritually. It is by the love, joy, peace etc that a persons authority is shown, not by anything else, pieces of paper stamped “pastor” or “elder” by other people is not a sign that you are actually capable or even called to those positions, in fact I know many religious leaders who should actually be Accountants, Bankers, Lawyers, Hair Dressers, Motivational Speakers, Car Salesmen, Business leaders – who have taken on positions in church leadership or as the Pastor or Minister. They are in positions that God has not called them too and people trust them to give counsel directly from the will of heaven over their lives, not man derived good ideas from someone who is not qualified in relationship to Jesus Christ to give. I know you can pull a million verses out of the bible that says you have the right and responsibility to guide and counsel those that are in your parishes or churches but it is Continue reading “Mothers and Fathers”

Dawns Aligning

lovely poem, we should start every day in submission to the Author and Perfector of our faith …

DarylMadden

The offered dawn in daybreak’s rise
A treasure chest for the souls’ eyes

Come to me oh flowing waves
With precious grace that my soul craves

Glimmer now in light anew
With insights blessed in thoughts of You

The Spirit lifts in rising mist
Sweet moments which the soul subsists

A precious gift of this new day
Align this soul to You I pray
