When asking the Father about Christian leadership He showed me a sailing ship that needed to have a specialist at the helm in different scenarios and at different times. If it was 952stormy one of the team members was able to keep us safe and whole, in calm seas another could keep us moving with the gift of God within them, the diplomatic skills and wisdom to come into any Harbor from another of the 5 fold ministry (I can assure you this is not me, diplomacy is not a strong gift within, good to know where you do not belong as much as it is to know where you are meant to be) another of the leadership team can grab hold of a stiff breeze and take us around the world in the most amazing way, yet another knows how to navigate the rocks and shoals that we are going to come across. Leadership is not being the boss, it is based in careful prayer and discussion and building each other up to the point that it can be recognized by all of us who should be where, it should be an ease, or rest in Christ Jesus and so logical in order that it is recognized by all as truth. There is a drawing together, a peace in connection to the other, the three fold cord joy in unity and love, you feel more like yourself when you are with the right people than you do any where else on earth or with anyone else, no oppression, control, frankly there is no need to, everything is talked about and conversation always brings my knowledge with anothers knowledge and if it is a God connection then wisdom is found, with the wrong people you are always on a different page and no matter how hard any of you try you cannot really understand each other, no unity of purpose or thought patterns and mind sets.My calling is Apostolic so my search around the world has been to find the others that fulfill the criteria that the Father has shown me is needed. The number of interlopers has been numerous and it has been tiring rejecting them all the time, my diplomacy as I have said is not very good, but to receive those that on a whim and fantasy and a delusion who decided that they wanted to be a part of this adventure would not be wisdom, indeed it is foolishness to reward selfish ambition in another for the glory must go to God. There are many bible verses that warn about taking the wrong people into your life and it is to me the most paramount wisdom to walk around some, even if they look good, wolves almost always look more like sheep than the sheep do, they have to in order not to be found out, Galatians 5:9 Amplified   A little leaven (a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers) leavens the whole lump [it perverts the whole conception of faith or misleads the whole church]. For some of them I just saw constant conflict as they tried to take over a position that they where not suited for or even gifted for. I have seen them astral travel into a church that I was visiting  which means they are in control of their own spirit, not God and they chose to come and watch and dictate the word spoken, acting like a “god” in a manner that will take them to hell if they continue in such a vein. Actually a number of the Charismatic groups seem to move in such patterns and repentance is needed by a lot of those who have learned these patterns at bible college or in hidden secret society type meetings. Our spirits need to be submited to the Lordship of Christ Jesus just as much if not more than our souls and bodies need to be. I remember being with an elder in one church who wanted to “know” what was happening in the life of another elder, I was horrified for I know the oppression that comes with such a work, we bring with us our fraudulent imperfect ideas and emotions which brings oppression when seek to “see” and go ourselves instead of asking the Holy Spirit to minister to them. Psalm 10:7 Amplified His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, oppression (fraud); under his tongue are trouble and sin (mischief and iniquity). Always release others to the will of heaven for them, always. There are so many who would be “god” to me in their witchcraft that it is nearly impossible to get898 rid of them such is their greater wisdom over my life than what God has. This is not leadership, putting people where we think they aught to go and who they aught (in the mind of the oppressor) be aligned with in ministry, even to the dictating of the ministry. Repent please if you feel you have been using this method of leadership, ask the Father how to overcome, look at the foundations post again and realign with the will of heaven for yourselves. In Jesus Name

James 3:14-18 Amplified

14 But if you have bitter jealousy (envy) and contention (rivalry, selfish ambition) in your hearts, do not pride yourselves on it and thus be in defiance of and false to the Truth 15 This [superficial] wisdom is not such as comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual (animal), even devilish (demoniacal). 16 For wherever there is jealousy (envy) and contention (rivalry and selfish ambition), there will also be confusion (unrest, disharmony, rebellion) and all sorts of evil and vile practices. 17 But the wisdom from above is first of all pure (undefiled); then it is peace-loving, courteous (considerate, gentle). [It is willing to] yield to reason, full of compassion and good fruits; it is wholehearted and straightforward, impartial and unfeigned (free from doubts, wavering, and insincerity). 18 And the harvest of righteousness (of conformity to God’s will in thought and deed) is [the fruit of the seed] sown in peace by those who work for and make peace [in themselves and in others, that peace which means concord, agreement, and harmony between individuals, with undisturbedness, in a peaceful mind free from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts].
