Grace

Grace is given to overcome sin, or where we have missed the mark of the fullness of the will of God, it is not given for us to remain in sin as some seem to think its use is for.  The ones who say, God loves me and forgives me and He will never send me to hell.  It is our own works that send us to hell, not God, He is a holy being, He cannot be in the presence of darkness at all and if we chose to be in darkness and retain our known sin then we cannot come near who He is.  It is our choice, not His.  John 3:20-21 says that …

IMG_0881For every wrongdoer hates the Light, and does not come to the Light [but shrinks from it] for fear that his [sinful, worthless] activities will be exposed and condemned. But whoever practices truth [and does what is right—morally, ethically, spiritually] comes to the Light, so that his works may be plainly shown to be what they are—accomplished in God [divinely prompted, done with God’s help, in dependence on Him]. Amplified bible.

Our bitterness, malice, unforgiveness, control of another, selfishness, avarice, idolatry, fantasies – which are false visions born out of our will or anothers rather than Gods perfect knowledge and wisdom, and the list goes on.  All things that have a darkness to them or impact another in a way that does not bring lightness and joy, liberty and wholeness, love and laughter.  Nor does it show the value with which the Father in heaven holds them in His heart.  We should value each other as precious treasures that we have had the privilege to find here on earth, each having a unique aspect of God in us that we will never find in anyone else or anywhere else.  The wonder and joy and delight in the beauty that we chose to see rather than what sin has done to another.  Look for it, search for it even in those you consider to be the most base people on earth, which is truth, then add the Fathers grace and see them through His eyes.
